Firstly, welcome to my Substack.
The situation in the USA is unprecedented. The immediate move by President Trump to reverse DEI mandates introduced by the former Biden administration is a powerful reminder to the world (and particularly to us in the UK) that race and gender must not be the basis by which we judge one another. This modern-day tribalism excels at creating divisions rather than dissolving them.
This is a situation we should all be monitoring closely. I will continue to provide my thoughts on these developments.
